Connection IdThis is where you can set the Id for this Connection.
TypeSelect which type of connection you will use for communicating with this connection. Options are AS2, FTP, and SFTP
Maximum send retryEnter the number of times to try and resend messages to this connection if it fails.
ActiveCheck the box if this connection is active.

AS2

As2 IdentifierEnter the AS2 Identifier for this Connection.
Log As2 warningsCheck this box if you want to Log warnings.
Send AS2 warningsCheck this box if you want to send AS2 warnings.
URLEnter the URL to use to communicate with this connection.
Synchronous receipt 
Receipt URLEnter the receipt URL to use to communicate with this connection.
Sign messageCheck this box to sign messages to this connection.
Encrypt messageCheck this box to encrypt messages to this connection.
Require receiptCheck this box if a receipt is required for this connection.
Hashing algorithmSelect which Hashtag algorithm to use for this connection.
Encryption algorithmSelect which Encryption algorithm to use for this connection.
Public certificateEnter the public receipt that this connection, the connection will provide this information.

 

FTP/SFTP

FieldDescription
URLEnter the URL for this FTP site.
PortEnter the port to use for this FTP site.
User nameEnter the username to use for this FTP site.
Password

Enter the password for this FTP site.

Password againRe-Enter the password for this FTP site.
Outgoing folderIf there is an outgoing folder needed for this FTP site enter if here. it would be entered like \outgoing. This is the EDI Partners' outgoing messages.
Incoming folderIf there is an incoming folder needed for this FTP site enter if here. it would be entered like \incoming. This is the EDI Partners' incoming messages.

FTP in Root Folder
